Kenya Simon is a dynamic leader in strategic partnerships and client relations with over 15 years of experience spanning music, fashion, and business. Known for her holistic and creative approach, Kenya most recently served as Director of Member Experience at Out Leadership, where she led 100+ global corporate partnerships across key markets, driving impact and innovation on an international scale.

Kenya’s career journey is as diverse as her talents. At PwC, she managed client entertainment and experience programs while serving as a national leader within the company’s global LGBTQ+ network. Before that, she spent over a decade in the music industry, specializing in A&R management and music licensing at Warner Music Group, Sony Music, and LA Reid Music Publishing. Her contributions to acclaimed albums earned her multiple RIAA plaques, leaving her mark in the entertainment world.

A passionate advocate for equality, Kenya serves on the board of the Tyler Clementi Foundation, contributing her expertise to advance its mission of ending bullying in schools and workplaces. As a sought-after public speaker, she captivates audiences at corporate and community events, sharing valuable industry insights and sparking impactful conversations on diversity and inclusion.

Originally from New Jersey, Kenya holds a B.A. in Music Industry and Public Relations from Monmouth University. A proud New Yorker of nearly two decades, she seamlessly balances her professional endeavors with a love for the arts, a passion for exploring new destinations, and spending cherished time with family and friends.
